For preview purposes, I have received a copy of the proposed lease and I understand copies of any lease attachments are available on request. I understand the $25 fee for verifying this application is a reimbursement for costs incurred and is not a deposit or rent and will not be applied to rent or refunded even if this application is declined.

1) Completed and signed application form(s), one for each adult. Trans Union score categories are 336:620=fail, 620:800=ok & 800:850=good.
2) $25 application fee for each adult (check or currency, applicants will receive copies of reports).
3) Driver’s License(s) & social security numbers
4) Documentation to verify income of at least 3 times the rent. For example:
• Last few pay stubs
• Copy of last year’s income tax return (with signature)
• To qualify, total income must exceed 3X rent. $2195 X 3 = $6585 month
5) If using savings to compensate for income deficiency, bring latest monthly statements from bank, stock broker or mutual fund to confirm $20 in savings for each $1 shortage in the “3 times rent” criteria. In other words, “savings needed” = [ (3 x monthly rent) - monthly income] x 20.
